Praise the Lord! Section

Here are some things to shout about!

• Over the course of the past three years we have received numerous donations of good clothing, shoes and furniture so that we could bless other people.

• Since beginning the ministry, we’ve had two Dell computers donated to us.
 

• We had a telephone system donated by a foundation when they purchased a new one.
 

• We’ve received several donations of money right when it looked like we would have to close the  doors.
 

• We had a 1996 Plymouth Voyager van – in perfect condition – donated to us.
 

• We had a 1990 Dodge B-350 passenger/cargo van donated so we could pick up food for distribution.
 

• The day of the fire that destroyed the church parsonage, people from the community began to  respond with love, as they had the means, donating: bedding, pillows, food, clothing for the “big  guys,” dishes, dinnerware, etc. and widows mite amounts of cash.  A police officer bought us  lunch and a brother in Christ brought supper.
 

• Within a few days of the fire, we began receiving donations individuals, churches, and even the local  bank to help get the pastor and his family back on their feet.
 

• From those financial donations, the church was able to acquire a 40 x 80 mobile home that needs to  be renovated before it becomes livable.
 

• 56.856 acres of property joining to the west of where we are became available.  We put up $500.00  as earnest money to hold the property with a 60-day agreement to come up with the rest of the  down payment of $20,000.00 or the full purchase amount of $65,000.00.
 

• The deadline for the down came upon us and we were unable to pay it because we did not have the  funds, so the owner gave us an extension.
 

• That deadline passed and the owner said he would not sell it to anyone else because he wants us to  have it.  
 

• We have had evangelism and discipleship materials, cd’s, DVD’s, and other materials donated to us  so we can become better equipped to serve our Lord.
 

• But the greatest praise we have is in seeing lives changed by the power of the Gospel and Holy Spirit as we bring others into the Kingdom of God!
